DO I NEED TO PREPARE ANYTHING BEFORE WE START?
Not much. Once you book, I’ll send over a workbook to help define your Business Statements. This helps us hit the ground running in Session 1. There will also be some (fun!) homework in between the 2nd and 3rd sessions.
CAN I BRING MY TEAM INTO THE SESSIONS?
These sessions are designed for you as the CEO or founder, but there may be parts of the process where it makes sense to invite a key team member. We can talk about what would be most helpful.
WHAT IF I NEED MORE HELP AFTER THE PLAN IS BUILT?
If you want support beyond the planning phase, I offer ongoing Director of Operations retainer support, where I help you bring the plan to life. Strategic Mapping is often the perfect entry point into that kind of partnership.
